Il Birrificio cela una ricetta ben più preziosa: gli ingredienti locali sono elaborati secondo tradizioni che ne attestano la qualità e ne impreziosiscono i sentori, in ossequio ad una passione per l’homebrewing che ha radici nella genuinità delle componenti e nella sincerità dei fini. Ogni fase si svolge in maniera integrata ed armonica rispetto alle altre, dall’accurata selezione degli ingredienti all’assaggio finale. L’intero processo di elaborazione mira a restituire un prodotto che vanti caratteristiche di unicità, ben riflessa negli stili di cui il Birrificio propone una magistrale interpretazione. Per persuadervene provate: basta un sorso per indorare di luppolata felicità i vostri momenti. It would be an understatement to think that the main merit of the Ingargiola Brewery lies in the fact that the malt that enters it then flows out into golden rivers. The Brewery conceals a much more precious recipe: the local ingredients are elaborated according to traditions that attest to the quality and enhance the scents, in deference to a passion for homebrewing that has roots in the genuineness of the components and in the sincerity of the ends.
