In poco più di un'ora ci ha dato alcuni elementi importanti per farco apprezzare meglio questa bevanda. Una vera sorpresa. Grazie. Striking life and work story. Fabio is a great lover of drinking, cooking and beer production. In just over an hour he gave us some important elements to help us better appreciate this drink. A real surprise. Thank you.

Uniti dalla stessa passione, decidono di mettersi in gioco per produrre una birra di qualità con materie prime locali e acqua purissima delle Dolomiti, un impegno riconosciuto e subito apprezzato: questo piccolo birrificio artigianale ha vinto il premio di miglior birrificio al Cerevisia Festival per 4 anni di seguito oltre a diversi altri riconoscimenti internazionali per le migliori birre artigianali. L'ultimo dei premi è certamente il più prestigioso:è stato conseguito a Barcellona, di fronte ad una platea mondiale:5 medaglie di cui un d'oro per la loro Lipa, una buonissima "rossa" che ho voluto degustare nel loro birrificio a Mezzano. Fantastica e bravissimi Fabio (bio) e Nicola (noc) :sono partiti dal niente ma sono arrivati lontano! Il loro motore? La passione. Bionoc was born in 2012 from two friends (the beer bears traces of it in the name which is a synthesis of Fabio and Nicola). United by the same passion, they decide to get involved to produce a quality beer with local raw materials and pure water from the Dolomites, a recognized and immediately appreciated commitment: this small craft brewery has won the best brewery award at the Cerevisia Festival for 4 years. below as well as several other international awards for the best craft beers. The last of the prizes is certainly the most prestigious: it was awarded in Barcelona, in front of a world audience: 5 medals, one of which gold for their Lipa, a very good "red" that I wanted to taste in their brewery in Mezzano. Fantastic and very good Fabio (bio) and Nicola (noc): they started from nothing but got far! Their engine? Passion.

Azienda che promuove il biologico e l'utilizzo di energie rinnovabili. Birre ottime!! I recommend the guided tour experience to learn about the history of this brewery and above all the passion of the 2 young members and the quality of the ingredients used. Ci ha spiegato tutti i segreti del mondo della birra. Alla fine ho capito che ci sono molti modi per fare la birra e che i ragazzi di bionoc stanno facendo qualcosa di veramente unico in Italia. Ho assaggiato 8 birre,fra le quali le birre acide, che non avevo mai avuto modo di conoscere. Da amante della birra è stato come conoscere una nuova religione...
