Arrivati 20:30 con prenotazione...alle 22:00 nulla ci è stato servito...neanche una birra! Ultima nota ma non meno importante...anzi...avevamo telefonato chiedendo se potevano offrire un pasto senza glutine...ci è stato detto che non non c'era nessun problema....ma i problemi c'erano perché l'unico piatto possibile era un insalata! Unica nota positiva la birra molto buona e taglieri abbondanti. A star because zero can not be put! Misleading photos of what the kitchen currently offers ... I suggest deleting them ... as this is possible. Arrived 20:30 with reservation ... at 22:00 nothing was served to us ... not even a beer! Annesso al locale produzione c'è un piccolo loft dove assaggiare le birre prodotte e anche alcuni piatti proposti. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche per visite all'impianto di produzione. Small brewery at the door of Otranto, with a well-maintained, modern and clean production facility. Da ammirare l'impegno profuso dai tre soci nel trasformare una passione in un'attività lavorativa. La scelta delle birre copre tutti i palati come anche le possibilità gastronomiche che spaziano dai salumi al pesce. Sicuramente da provare. Unico neo: l'impossibilità di ordinare una media o una grande, solo bicchieri da 30 cl., speriamo ci ripensino! L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato secondo me dovrebbero spiegare da cosa è composto il piatto; infatti il nostro tagliere (ottimo e abbondante) non sapevamo esattamente da quali affettati e formaggi fosse composto, addirittura diverse palline, che nostro figlio ha scambiato per polpette si sono rivelate, purtroppo per lui porzioni di piccante nduja. A parte questo piccolo aneddoto, il locale produce anche ottima birra artigianale. Consigliato. Very local, though not very large. The staff proved to be very kind and competent. Il birrificio artigianale è fiore all’occhiello della reale presenza sul posto “Capo d’Otranto e Salento” di persone virtuose ed innamorate della terra in cui sono nate e vissute.
