Consiglio a chiunque si trovi in zona o trovi i loro stand nelle varie fiere, di provare le loro birre. Le mie preferite: Ipa e Ambrata, ma avendole assaggiate quasi tutte posso garantire che sono tutte buonissime. Ottimi anche i liquori di loro fabbricazione. La visita al birrificio, se conoscete altre realtà simili é evitabile a mio parere soprattutto perché le spiegazioni sono veramente lunghe e autoreferenziali. Birre senza infamia e senza lode, niente di particolare. Ho portato a casa qualche birra, trovando problemi di gas in tutte le bottiglie fatta eccezione per la scura, pur conservandole bene ed evitamdo sbalzi di temperatura. I gusti son gusti, queste birre personalmente non mi hanno entusiasmato, nota positiva la scura che ho trovato davvero gustosa.
