A	Angelo Mummolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birre artigianali molto buone, poco effervescenti e dal sapore delicato. Ci sono andato con un amico e in due le abbiamo provate tutte! Davvero buoni e originalissimi i biscotti di accompagnamento che ci hanno servito, a base di trebbia di scarto dalla produzione di birra. Insomma ci siamo saziati e scolati un sacco di buona birra! Locale semplice e accogliente, unico consiglio (non una critica), forse va riscaldato un po' di più nelle serate fredde e piovose. Very good craft beers, not very effervescent and with a delicate flavor. I went there with a friend and the two of us tried them all! The accompanying biscuits they served us were really good and very original, based on waste thresher from the production of beer. In short, we satiated and drained a lot of good beer! Simple and welcoming place, the only advice (not a criticism), perhaps it should be heated a little more on cold and rainy evenings.

Dopo qualche peripezia (il birrificio è un po' fuori mano in una zona industriale un po' dimessa, ma verde, del paese) siamo arrivati a destinazione. Premesso che non siamo rimasti a mangiare e quindi ad assaggiare i taglieri di salumi e formaggi che si possono consumare sul posto, abbiamo solo assaggiato le birre. Ottime a prezzi nella media per birre artigianali. Euro 3,50 per 33cl e Euro 5,00 per 50cl. Bello vedere padre e figlio birrai uniti dalla stessa passione. Sono stati molto cortesi e pronti a fornire tutte le spiegazioni del caso. Bravi! We happened upon it by chance after seeing the advertisement on a car in Castel di Sangro. After some adventures (the brewery is a bit out of the way in an industrial area that is a bit shabby but green in the country) we arrived at our destination. Given that we did not stay to eat and then to taste the platters of cold cuts and cheeses that can be consumed on the spot, we only tasted the beers. Excellent at average prices for craft beers. 3.50 Euros for 33cl and 5.00 Euros for 50cl. Nice to see father and son brewers united by the same passion. They were very courteous and ready to provide all the necessary explanations. Well done!

Il proprietario Lino e l'esperto di luppoli, suo figlio, hanno creato birre piacevoli da gustare e dal buon gusto. Consigliatissimo.
