Ho optato per la Fischer, bionda leggermente pils con il giusto grado di amarognolo e tenore alcolico poco superiore ai 5°. Prezzo (20€) più che accettabile considerando la qualità. CONSIGLIATO! Stunning sandwiches and draft beer and bottled Belgian abbeys, a must try. I opted for Fischer, slightly pils blonde with the right degree of bitterness and alcohol content just over 5 °. Price (20 €) more than acceptable considering the quality. RECOMMENDED!

In questa birreria sono presenti delle ottime birre alla spina ma anche una ampia carta di birra in bottiglia. Dalla cucina escono panini e piatti particolari ma sempre gustosi oppure delicati. Ieri per serata di San Patrizio piatto particolare con delle cozze cotte con la Beamish, salmone irlandese con burro fuso.. Historic brewery in the center of San Vincenzo. Feature The Belgian tapping Where the glass is washed in two tanks is tapped in two stages. In this brewery there are excellent beers on tap but also a large bottle of beer in the bottle. Ambiente caratteristico, buon posto per passare una serata diversa tra amici. Un posto dove tornare. Great sandwiches accompanied by a wide selection of beers. The quality of the sandwiches pardons the wait a little long. Characteristic environment, good place to spend a different evening with friends. A place to come back to.

Purtroppo il tempo di attesa per il panino (ma non per il dolce) è stato un po' eccessivo; forse si sarà trattato di una giornata particolare, ma segnalo che non è che il locale fosse strapieno. Il personale è gentilissimo; non amo la birra e pertanto non ne ho bevuta alcuna, però mi è stato detto siano ottime. The sandwich with the mushroom and truffle cream was very good, as was the hazelnut bar, phenomenal. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the sandwich (but not for the dessert) was a bit excessive; maybe it was a special day, but I would like to point out that the place was not full. The staff is very kind; I do not like beer and therefore I have not drunk any, but I have been told they are excellent.
