Nonostante il corriere abbia gestito molto male la spedizione, loro hanno saputo rimediare in tempi celeri il disguido. Se ci fosse stata la sesta stella, loro l'avrebbero meritata tutta. Sul sito ti vendono che in un giorno il tuo ordine sarà preparato e spedito quando in realtà ci vuole molto di più per essere affidato al corriere. I difetti piuttosto importanti dal mio punto di vista è che molto spesso le materie prime non sono in magazzino. Oltre a questo un altro punto a sfavore è la gestione delle spedizioni, a mio avviso estremamente lenta rispetto ai concorrenti come Mr. Malt e Beer & Wine. Con corriere espresso le spedizioni non dovrebbero in alcun modo essere effettuate oltre il giorno (uno) lavorativo. Questa è una grave pecca. Sarebbe il caso di velocizzare e non poco le operazioni di presa in carico dell'ordine e della spedizione. L'ultima volta che ho comprato da Mr. Malt, al mattino ho effettuato l'ordine e alla sera (dello stesso giorno) avevò già il DDT con tanto di tracking....e non è certo l'unico web store a lavorare così. Questo vogliono essere si delle critiche ma costruttive allo scopo di migliorare un servizio che, onestamente, potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.
