Quest'azienda continua a darmi opportunità di crescita ed ad oggi la qualità della mia vita è cambiata in meglio. Non metto in dubbio le qualità del prodotto, non posso farlo perché non lo conosco.Cio' che critico e valuto e il modo in cui illudono coloro che si rivolgono a loro per una possibilità di lavoro. Ecco una sintesi: dicono che non vendono porta a porta, due colloqui fasulli,due briefing in cui dicono tutto e niente...la telefonata in cui fanno i complimenti a chi supera,quella che loro definiscono una selezione, finte adulazione,falsa atmosfera amichevole. Ti dicono che sei idoneo alla formazione retribuita, però...devi "allenarti" con il tutor. E dove si svolge questo "allenamento "? A casa di persone i cui nominativi devi dare tu. Se dici che non hai trovato nessuno disponibile sei fuori. Ma non hanno rubinetti in sede per fare allenare gli aspiranti??? In un sito dove sono elencate tutte le qualità dell'azienda è scritto,a chiare lettere, che gli aspiranti non devono procacciare clienti,che i cosiddetti allenamenti si terranno presso domicili individuati dal settore amministrativo. Questo è il secondo inganno..chi vuole diventare un loro venditore probabilmente troverà quell'ambiente sereno e stimolante di lavoro che alcuni dipingono. Ma siate chiari sin dall'inizio e non fate perdere tempo alla gente.ah un'altra cosa: dicono di non credere ai commenti negativi, perché sono opera di aziende concorrenti. Ci tengo a sottolineare che io non vendo depuratori. Deceptive personal recruitment strategy. I don't question the qualities of the product, I can't do it because I don't know it, what I criticize and evaluate and the way they delude those who turn to them for a job opportunity. Here's a summary: they say they don't sell door to door, two bogus interviews, two briefings in which they say everything and nothing ... the phone call in which they compliment those who pass, what they call a selection, fake flattery, false atmosphere friendly. They tell you that you are eligible for paid training, but ... you have to "train" with the tutor. And where does this "training" take place? At the home of people whose names you have to give. If you say you haven't found anyone available, you're out. But don't they have taps in place to train the aspirants ??? On a site where all the qualities of the company are listed, it is clearly written that aspirants should not procure clients, that the so-called training sessions will be held at domiciles identified by the administrative sector. This is the second deception .. those who want to become their salesman will probably find that peaceful and stimulating working environment that some paint. But be clear from the start and don't waste people's time.ah one more thing: they say they don't believe in negative comments, because they are the work of competing companies. I want to underline that I don't sell purifiers.
