★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo con i miei genitori e ho conosciuto Biosalus grazie alla mia vicina di casa. Ho scoperto che aveva un impianto di depurazione in casa. Curiosa di quest'analisi dell'acqua di cui lei mi parlava ho richiesto all'azienda una consulenza. Mia mamma era quella più scettica, ma vista l'analisi si è convinta subito di dover acquistare il depuratore. Finalmente non devo più caricarmi l'acqua da salire a casa.

Poi la mia vicina di casa mi ha fatto conoscere la Biosalus. E' un'azienda che sposa dei progetti bellissimi e che ha degli impianti ottimi.

Finalmente zero spreco di denaro inutile per comprare acqua in bottiglia, zero fatica. Ringrazio tutti: chi mi ha fissato la consulenza,gli informatori e il tecnico per il montaggio e l'assistenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che bell'impianto che ho finalmente. Mi sono sposata 4 mesi fa. Ho ristrutturato tutta casa e cercavo un rimedio per salvaguardare tutta la casa da un punto di vista idraulico. Ho cercato in internet e ho trovato varie aziende ma mi ha convinta molto la Biosalus. Cosi ho deciso di ricevere una consulenza. Mi sono ritrovata d acquistare un addolcitore e anche l'impianto di depurazione. Non potete capire che comodità. Non ho più problemi di calcare o di fare tanta manutenzione a caldaia,lavatrice,lavastoviglie etc e soprattutto bevo e cucino con acqua depurata. Sono anche incinta e quindi l'impianto di depurazione mi farà risparmiare anche soldi per quanto riguardo mio figlio.

L'ho convinto a far venire almeno un consulente a casa per fargli vedere il problema reale legato all'acqua e fortunatamente l'ho convinto ma soprattutto ha capito. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre acquistato acqua in bottiglie di vetro perchè la plastica tende ad accumularsi in casa e poi non mi è mai sembrata molto salutare. Non ho mai pensato ad un impianto di depurazione onestamente. Ho conosciuto la Biosalus per puro caso,mi sono informato e ho deciso di ricevere un' analisi dell'acqua. Ovviamente quella che acquistavo, anche se in bottiglie di vetro, non era ottima. Ho deciso di acquistare il depuratore dell'acqua e finalmente bevo e cucino con acqua depurata. Consiglio a tutti di sottoporre l'acqua che si acquista e quella che fuoriesce dal rubinetto ad un'analisi. Grazie ancora Biosalus.
I always bought water in glass bottles because the plastic tends to accumulate at home and then it never seemed very healthy. I never thought of a purification plant honestly. I met Biosalus by pure chance, I inquired and decided to receive a water analysis. Obviously the one I was buying, even if in glass bottles, wasn't great. I decided to buy the water purifier and I finally drink and cook with purified water. I advise everyone to submit the water you buy and the one that comes out of the tap to an analysis. Ho deciso cosi di cercare altre aziende che avessero degli impianti validi. Ho conosciuto la Biosalus e sono molto contenta di aver acquistato l'impianto. I consulenti ti seguono sempre e l'assistenza è impeccabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verso la fine dello scorso anno (2019) ho acquistato presso di loro un depuratore di acque ad osmosi inversa.
Inizialmente il macchinario ha avuto qualche "problemino" di settaggio ma grazie alla Biosalus ,nella persona del Dott. De Tommaso, che è stata sempre presente fornendomi costantemente la loro assistenza è stato tutto risolto in tempi brevi.
Dopo alcuni mesi (7/8) si è presentato un nuovo problema al depuratore (non entro in tecnicismi in quanto non sono una persona del settore ma un semplice cliente) ma l'efficientissima Assistenza nel giro di pochissimi giorni ha risolto nuovamente,mitici!
Vorrei aggiungerei una cosa molto importante per i visitatori:
Tante aziende o negozi fisici vendono depuratori di acque più o meno buoni (prima di acquistare da loro ne ho girati diversi) ma in pochi riuscivano ad assicurare un assistenza tecnica adeguata all'investimento del depuratore che stavo per acquistare,tanti parlavano di assistenza parzialmente gratuita,altri di comodati d'uso con assistenza a pagamento, solo con la Biosalus ho ottenuto a fronte di un investimento iniziale leggermente più elevato una totale garanzia di assistenza compresa nel prezzo di vendita iniziale e devo dire fino ad ora sono stati soldi ben spesi!
Sicuramente le macchine possono guastarsi ma la cosa più importante di tutte è avere un'azienda che non si nasconda dietro i problemi ma che li affronti e che faccia della soddisfazione del cliente la propria forza!
Ecco, la Biosalus di Napoli si può annoverare tranquillamente tra le poche aziende che abbia veramente a cuore gli interessi del cliente, pertanto non posso far altro che consigliarli.
Towards the end of last year (2019) I purchased a reverse osmosis water purifier from them.
Initially the machine had some setting "problems" but thanks to Biosalus, in the person of Dr. De Tommaso, who has always been present constantly providing me with their assistance, everything was resolved quickly.
After a few months (7/8) a new problem arose for the purifier (I do not go into technicalities as I am not a person in the sector but a simple customer) but the very efficient Assistance within a few days has resolved again, mythical!
I would like to add one very important thing for visitors:
Many companies or physical stores sell more or less good water purifiers (before buying from them I shot several) but few managed to ensure adequate technical assistance for the investment of the purifier I was about to buy, many spoke of partially free assistance , others on loan for use with paid assistance, only with the Biosalus have I obtained, against a slightly higher initial investment, a total guarantee of assistance included in the initial sale price and I have to say so far it has been money well spent!
Certainly the machines can fail but the most important thing of all is to have a company that does not hide behind the problems but that addresses them and that makes customer satisfaction its strength!
Here, the Biosalus of Naples can be counted safely among the few companies that really care about the interests of the customer, therefore I can not help but recommend them.
