Ho acquistato una stampante Brother per errore ed ho richiesto la sostituzione acquistando una nuova. Inizialmente si sono resi disponibili, forse per farmi fare l'ordine. Poi al momento della sostituzione, mi è stato detto che non era possibile fare la sostituzione. Davvero deprimente. !!!!

Gentile Proprietario, non è proprio vero quello che scrive.... Ho ribadito a Francesca lo stato della stampante dicendo che per nostro errore erano stati tolti i sigilli dai toner e la sua collaboratrice mi ha riferito che non dovevo preoccuparmi, ci pensava lei. Era un problema risolvibile anche perchè siccome abbiamo acquistato la stessa stampante, potevate prendere i nuovi toner dalla stampante che ho acquistato ed inserirli in quella che doveva essere sostituita ed il problema risolto..... Invece avete voluto peggiorare le cose. Vi ricordo che anche voi avete omesso un errore. Sono giorni che aspetto di ritirare la stampante e voi x errore, l'avete venduta ad altri..... Ottimo bella organizzazione. Solo per questo e perchè siamo nuovi clienti potevate venirci in contro e capire la situazione........
Experience and Availability towards customers Very bad !!!!
I bought a Brother printer by mistake and requested a replacement by purchasing a new one. They initially made themselves available, perhaps to get me to place the order. Then at the time of the replacement, I was told that it was not possible to do the replacement. Really depressing. !!!!

Dear Owner, it is not really true what you write .... I reiterated the status of the printer to Francesca saying that by our mistake the seals had been removed from the toners and her collaborator told me that I should not worry, she thought about it. It was a solvable problem also because since we bought the same printer, you could take the new toners from the printer I bought and put them in the one that needed to be replaced and the problem solved ..... Instead you wanted to make things worse. I remind you that you too have omitted an error. I have been waiting for days to collect the printer and you x error, you have sold it to others ..... Excellent, beautiful organization. Only for this and because we are new customers could you come to us and understand the situation ........
