Consiglierò vivamente il loro servizio. L'appuntamento non risultava e ci siamo ritrovati in fila ad aspettare in mezzo a tante persone. Alla fine hanno fatto un salivare rapido. Ricontattati telefonicamente per lamentare l'accaduto, "indaghiamo con l'ufficio per capire cosa è successo e la ricontattiamo subito". Più sentiti. In data odierna 1/03 sono stata contattata dalla Sig.ra Chiara Canino di Biomolecular Diagnostic, che si è fatta carico della mia segnalazione, scusandosi e proponendo soluzioni al mio reclamo con grande delicatezza e professionalità. Persone come la Sig.ra Canino sono un valido biglietto da visita per qualunque azienda, mi dispiace solo non averla incontrata quando ne avevamo bisogno perché sa gestire e fronteggiare le situazioni e fornisce sicuramente un'immagine migliore di quella che abbiamo inizialmente avuto. Very efficient, quick line, results in the mail in 8 hours. very reasonable price - 65 Euro. Very Professional lab

We did not know that, and happened to catch them not too busy to take us on in and accommodate us with a rapid test. We got the results before we left and they emailed the results to us within 2 hours. They were all very friendly, competent and super professional. Certainly recommend them.
