Mi hanno chiamato varie volte per confermare la visita . Il giorno della visita ,4 ore prima , mi chiama la sua segretaria dicendomi che “quelli dell’assicurazione si sono comportati male e che quindi la visita è a pagamento “ . Naturalmente ho disdetto , ho perso un giorno di ferie grazie a loro . Complimenti per la professionalità davvero ! I booked a visit from dr. Brogi 2 weeks in advance with my health insurance as he has an agreement. They called me several times to confirm the visit. On the day of the visit, 4 hours before, his secretary called me saying that "the insurance people behaved badly and therefore the visit is paid". Of course I canceled, I lost a day off thanks to them. Congratulations on your professionalism indeed!
