Personale senza la minima conoscenza di ciò che fa, dicono che il laser sia indolore ma in realtà sembra che ti stiano dando fuoco da quanto brucia, non coprono i nei con la matita bianca, non fanno la prova del pelo, non fanno una ceretta intermedia per controllare la crescita del pelo e non avvisano inizialmente che alcuni problemi ormonali possono influenzare il risultato finale (per esempio l’ovaio policistico). Non ho minimamente risolto il mio problema, anzi alcune zone sono peggiorate. Ho provato a fare sedute laser in un altro centro, decisamente molto più competente, e con solo due sedute ho già ottenuto ottimi risultati e soprattutto indolore! Absolutely not recommended! Staff without the slightest knowledge of what it does, they say that the laser is painless but in reality it seems that they are setting you on fire from what it burns, they do not cover the moles with the white pencil, they do not do the hair test, they do not do an intermediate wax to control hair growth and do not initially warn that some hormonal problems may affect the final result (for example polycystic ovary). I have not solved my problem in the least, indeed some areas have worsened. I tried to do laser sessions in another center, much more competent, and with only two sessions I have already obtained excellent results and above all painless!

Poi, che dire: il centro è ordinato, super pulito, il personale è straordinario, in particolar modo Giulia ed Angela che mi stanno seguendo in questo percorso e sono sempre solari e sorridenti. Ci ritorno sempre volentieri. Ottimo anche per altri servizi come la pulizia viso (fatta oggi con Giulia straordinaria) e devo provare anche la termosauna. Consiglio assolutamente questo centro per i loro servizi, i loro prezzi e soprattutto per la professionalità. Then, what to say: the center is tidy, super clean, the staff is extraordinary, especially Giulia and Angela who are following me on this path and are always sunny and smiling. I always return willingly. Also excellent for other services such as facial cleansing (done today with extraordinary Giulia) and I must also try the thermosauna. I absolutely recommend this center for their services, their prices and above all for their professionalism.

Organizzatissimo il back Office con messaggi WhatsApp che confermano gli appuntamenti e qualche giorno prima tramite telefono ricordano l'appuntamento. Personalmente ho avuto risultati fantastici, in poche sedute ho avuto soddisfazione e sto continuando anche con altre zone. Ho consigliato a più amiche questo centro e continuerò a farlo. Tutte le ragazze con cui ho avuto a che fare sono molto preparate e gentilissime, ti mettono a tuo agio. A presto! An excellent center where they are always punctual and precise. Non è un centro estetico come gli altri, ma un luogo ricco di grandi professioniste preparate e che continuano a aggiornarsi per dare il meglio alle loro clienti.
