★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione, mi regalano un trattamento per il mio compleanno fisso l'appuntamento il 23/12 per il 31/12, il 29/12 chiedo di spostare di una settimana perché sono ammalata e mi dicono che non posso più fruirne...se non siete in grado di gestire le vostre promozioni allora non fatele...lo sconsiglierò a tutti questo centro, non sapete proprio fidelizzare nuovi clienti...
 Bad management, they give me a treatment for my fixed birthday the appointment on 23/12 for 31/12, on 29/12 I ask to move a week because I'm sick and they tell me that I can no longer use it ... if you are not able to manage your promotions then do not do them ... Le ragazze sono tutte gentilissime (sia di persona che al telefono), pazienti e professionali. Chiedono regolarmente la mia opinione sui risultati, spiegano chiaramente quando ho dubbi e non insistono per farmi comprare prodotti in più. La cabine sono pulite, piccole ma funzionali, i lettini comodi. Ci sono a disposizione anche coperte in caso si senta freddo. Ho provato diversi trattamenti viso approfittando anche delle giornate con sconti dedicati e non ho mai avuto una brutta esperienza o la sensazione di aver sprecato i miei soldi. Per me è un'oasi di relax
I randomly came in for a laser treatment offer a couple of years ago and never left. The girls are all very kind (both in person and on the phone), patient and professional. They regularly ask for my opinion on the results, clearly explain when I have doubts, and don't insist on me buying extra products. The cabins are clean, small but functional, the beds comfortable. There are also blankets available in case you feel cold. I tried different facial treatments, also taking advantage of the days with dedicated discounts and I never had a bad experience or the feeling of having wasted my money. For me it is an oasis of relaxation

Il risultato lo si vede già dopo la prima seduta e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Sono estremamente professionali, puntuali, disponibili e con prezzi adeguati al servizio offerto.
Se ancora non siete sicuro del tutto sicure nell intraprendere questo percorso consiglio di avere una consulenza. io inizialmente ho avuto una prima consulenza gratuita dove mi hanno spiegato in cosa consiste il trattamento laser e tutte le informazioni essenziali, e successivamente ho deciso di iniziare il percorso.
Una delle decisone migliori che abbia fatto!! Non tornerei mai indietro.
I relied on Biolaser to start my first laser treatment initially on the legs and then subsequently continue with other parts of the body. The result can be seen already after the first session and I highly recommend it to everyone. They are extremely professional, punctual, available and with prices appropriate to the service offered.
If you are still not sure completely safe in taking this path I recommend having a consultation. I initially had a first free consultation where they explained to me what laser treatment consists of and all the essential information, and then I decided to start the path.
One of the best decisions I've made !! I would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazze super gentili e cordiali. Mi hanno fatta sentire a mio agio. Spiegano cosa andranno a fare e i vari passaggi. Consigliato soprattutto se volete prendervi un po di tempo per voi stesse, per il benessere fisico e quello mentale. Si trova parcheggio abbastanza facilmente. Hanno molto servizi e molti pacchetti.
Super nice and friendly girls. They made me feel at ease. They explain what they are going to do and the various steps. Especially recommended if you want to take some time for yourself, for physical and mental well-being. Parking is easy enough. They have a lot of services and a lot of packages.
