Avendo portato alcuni capi per riparazioni, mi viene detto che avrei dovuto parlare con la sarta, che era presente e stava lavorando, ma...sigh!...mi viene detto subito dopo che non poteva parlare con la cliente perché era fuori orario di lavoro.
Pur senza contestare il diritto della lavoratrice (che in quel momento stava lavorando) l’ho, comunque, trovato un comportamento molto scortese.
Ho cambiato lavanderia, ce ne sono altre in zona che eseguono riparazioni (ad es. quella all’interno dei Granai) e hanno un approccio di cortesia nei confronti del cliente.

Having brought some items for repairs, I am told that I should have spoken to the seamstress, that she was present and was working, but ... sigh! ... I am told right after that she could not speak to the client because she was out of hours of work.
Without contesting the right of the worker (who was working at that time), however, I found her to be very rude.
I changed laundry, there are others in the area that carry out repairs (eg the one inside the Granaries) and have a courtesy approach towards the customer.

Se possono servire un paio di informazioni extra, per chiarire alcuni malintesi: se dentro c'è già un cliente ovviamente in tempi di covid non si può fare l'assembramento, occorrerà aspettare fuori o passare in un secondo momento. Mi spiace che ci sia gente che dopo due anni di pandemia ancora non coglie le sfumature.
