La progettazione è stata accurata e la costruzione precisa e puntuale. Il servizio "chiavi in mano" consente di avere un unico interlocutore ed evita al committente tutte le problematiche relative al coordinamento di tutte le figure professionali che devono intervenire in cantiere. Ora confidiamo in una continuità nei controlli periodici previsti dalla garanzia trentennale fornita e nell'eventuale manutenzione qualora fosse necessaria. Nessun rispetto delle tempistiche e della modalità per la consegna del preventivo. S	Simone Paliotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il periodo non è stato sicuramente dei migliori; prima il lockdown poi la difficoltà di reperire il materiale edile per la chiusura dei lavori: sono in questi momenti che si vede il "carattere" di un' azienda. La spina dorsale della Bio House è forte; non per niente il suo logo è l'albero dalle radici "profonde".. azienda giovane con spirito famigliare ed esperta allo stesso tempo, non ha niente da invidiare agli altri "colossi " del settore, ogni singola figura al suo interno ha dimostrato piena competenza nel suo reparto, ogni "pedina" sa come muoversi. Ho avuto la fortuna di seguire, passo dopo passo, la costruzione della nostra house-bio, l'ho vista crescere; ho scattato centinaia di foto, ogni mese che trascorreva mi emozionano sempre di più'.. dalle foto alla realtà'. Alcuni problemi nell' esecuzione dei lavori sono affiorati ma sempre sono stati tempestivamente e brillantemente superati grazie all' occhio vigile del geometra responsabile lavori assieme al mio progettista, tutti e due presenti nelle fasi più critiche in cantiere. Le loro squadre lavorano con spirito di dedizione; i loro componenti sono veri artigiani con la " A " maiuscola. Cantiere sempre pulito ed impeccabile. Massima trasparenza su tutto. La Bio-House è una delle poche aziende, nel suo settore, ad avere le recensioni "aperte".. a buon intenditore poche parole. Chiudo il mio commento sperando che il buon rapporto instaurato fino ad oggi continui anche in futuro. Some problems in the execution of the works have surfaced but have always been promptly and brilliantly overcome thanks to the watchful eye of the surveyor in charge of the works together with my designer, both present in the most critical phases on site. Their teams work with a spirit of dedication; their components are true craftsmen with a capital "A". Always clean and impeccable yard. Maximum transparency on everything. Di Bioedilizia in quanto da loro prodotto e proposto normalmente non vi era nulla, ma su richiesta hanno inserito i prodotti certificati richiesti. Hanno realizzato per me la casa a grezzo con progetto, pareti, tetto e serramenti. Intonaco e piastrelle ed impianti li ho fatti realizzare da artigiani locali. Durante la costruzione ho dovuto respingere numerose richieste di costi aggiuntivi dimostrando quanto concordato a contratto. Presenti errori nella realizzazione del progetto, nella finitura delle travi a vista, nell'apertura dei serramenti in legno e nella loro finitura. Hanno risposto in garanzia a tutti difetti sopraggiunti. L'impregnate bianco per i serramenti in bioedilizia da loro consigliato si toglie come farina dopo un anno, è stato impregnato una seconda volta a serramenti montati, si è ripresenta il difetto nuovamente al terzo anno. Dopo otto mesi dall'iniziale rifiuto di intervento in garazia promettono un ultimo intervento in garanzia con un prodotto alternativo che dovrò trattare per mantenimento ogni due anni. I cassonetti per il contenimento degli avvolgibili (tende e frangisole esterne), non sufficientemente alti, di conseguenza metà degli avvolgibili rimangono a vista; hanno voluto anticipatamente montare i serramenti in una fase della costruzione che doveva prevedere altro il che ha provocato alcuni danneggiamenti agli stessi, cura dei dettagli e finiture inesistenti, ho dovuto far fronte a diverse spese extra per sistemare, dove possibile, i loro errori, mi fermo qua.
