Prima di tutto per la tipologia di prodotti e cultura del sano etico ecc ecc i prezzi sono troppo altirispetto i competitor ! fuori da ogni logica di un azienda con responsabilità sociale d’impresa !! Secondaria questione la professionalità e mancanza di empatia di chi ci lavora è fuori luogo ancor di più della parte finanziaria . Qualcuno potrebbe pensare che sia il solito cliente rompiscatole che abbia avuto dei problemi ; ebbene sì dopo 5 anni saltuari che facevo la spesa senza dire niente e spendendo fior di quattrini ( accettando lo ammetto prezzi e scortesia ma mi andava bene ) quest’oggi per una banalità ed incomprensione di centesimi ed ignoranza di terzi nel rapportarsi , mi sono prefissato di trovare qualsiasi voglia giustizia a questa macabra gestione commerciale !! altra parentesi è la gestione della fidelity card fatta alla carlona con timbri , regolamenti e cartoncini ! Se la società vorrà farsi aventi legalmente li aspetto con stampa a seguito !! VERGOGNA Ps non utilizzo social scrivo mai cavolate o faccio recensioni, ma questa volta per un discorso di principio troverò qualsiasi anomalia possibile ed immaginabile che possa aver leso il mio diritto e quello di chi non ha gli attributi di ! di consumatore ! Inoltre c'è un piccolo reparto cosmesi da provare. Ci sono molti posti per parcheggiare comodamente. Mi trovo molto bene. Friendly and helpful staff.
