I had contact to customers service before ordering and they answered my questions pretty quick. It took the time that was mentioned in these emails (production 3-4 weeks). Delivery to Germany took 2 more days. Packaging was super Safe. The quality of the chairs fits the price. The Wickerwork (Mesh) is not as precise as a original Thonet, but I can live with not directly sitting on them when I wear tights for the price difference to the original.
