Nonostante le crocchette che comprassi nelle grandi catene la situazione non migliorava mai. Poi sono andata da Bio&Bau e ho trovato Nicole, le ho esposto il mio problema e lei, con gentilezza ed educazione, ha trovato una soluzione ottima (spiegandomi anche la motivazione per cui quella determinata marca fosse la più adatta).
