Finalmente qualcuno che prende a cuore la cucina senza glutine, senza lattosio, vegana, ipoglicemica e per finire… proteica! Vasta scelta di prodotti, ottima l’idea di vendere anche creme spalmabili- biscotti- barrette proteiche e senza zucchero! Personale gentilissimo, attento al cliente. Locale pulito, bello da vedere e super verde ?. Prezzi onesti e nella norma. Ci tornerò sicuramente!! Il menù è molto vario, con pasti adatti a tutte le esigenze, dalla colazione alla cena. Pancake ed estratti di frutta fenomenali. Buona e leggera anche la pizza e la frittura. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Consiglio assolutamente il locale, ottima esperienza! Beautiful and innovative place! Reconcile good eating with healthy eating. Qualcosa fuori dalle solite noccioline, olive e pezzettini di pizza di almeno due giorni riscaldate al microonde che ancora oggi (ricordo sempre che siamo nel 2021) t vedi arrivare al tavolo quando chiedi un aperitivo? Beh, qui da Biò c'è una concezione dietro questo aperitivo che lo differenzia {e dico Finalmente} dagli altri... Piccoli pancake proteici, insalata di quinoa, involtino di zucchine, insomma questo t fa capire che ci sono nuovi gusti e nuova fantasia in giro che qualcuno mette in pratica... Le patatine che fanno loro sono fantastiche e ne mangeresti a profusione... Da bere per accompagnare il tutto un fresco e frizzante Spritz al bergamotto ?, e per chiudere una fetta di torta al cioccolato o dolcetto al pistacchio che si scioglie in bocca??... Immediato il controllo del green pass. I prezzi sono medio alti. Pensavo di trovare più piatti vegani. Io amo la colazione salata e devo dire che qui l ho trovata ottima... c è una specie di menù da 10€ dove si puo scegliere la base fra pancake, toast o piadina e poi farcirla con carboidrati, grassi, proteine e contorni a scelta fra quelli presenti conditi con diverse salsine... io per esempio ho preso pancake al salmone con salsa yogurt e pomodori e insalata. Ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta... ci sono poi tornata anche per una colazione dolce, con pancake al cacao farciti con fondente e frutta a scelta e granella di pistacchi.. molto gradevoli solo che devo dire la verità li ho trovati un po secchi... ho dovuto bere per aiutarmi ahahaa ma nel complesso buoni! Tornerò per mangiare la pizza o provare qualcosa a pranzo! Sicuramente merita...ce ne fossero di più posti così... ambarabacicciebiò?? A pleasant discovery in Lido. I prodotti sono di qualità eccellente. E ti permettono di mangiare un panino non proprio dietetico come quello in foto o un ottima pizza sicuramente piu leggera. Il menù indica il totale delle calorie. Super inclusivo. Ampia scelta vegetariana/vegana / senza glutine. Il personale ottimo gentile e cordiale. Il servizio rapido e il prezzo eccellente.
