C	Chef Gianz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione 03/10 Antipasto: -oliva all'ascolana -crocchetta di patate -fagioli con cipolla -capocollo -pizza -prosciutto Commento: Antipasto nel complesso ben composto e ben bilanciato nei sapori che ricordano le tradizioni della nostra terra. Tutto molto buono, unico neo la oliva all'ascolana che rovina la supremazia Ternana del piatto. Voto: 7,5 Prima pizza: -margherita Commento: Pizza nel complesso buona ma non saziabile. Nota molto molto molto molto dolente è la non sostituzione del piatto, totalmente inaccettabile. Voto: 4 Seconda pizza: - salsiccia e funghi Commento: Pizza nel complesso buona. funghi non freschi, dei champignon sarebbero stati più gradevoli. Degno di nota è l'assenza di servizio nei confronti del sottoscritto a cui non è stato cambiato il piatto del antipasto. Servizio assolutamente deludente fin qui. Voto: 3 Seconda pizza: - Margherita con wurstel Commento: Pizza molto buona, wurstel abbondanti, buona e consigliata. Voto: 7,5 Quarta pizza: - 4 formaggi, radicchio e noci Commento: Pizza inaspettata e insolita, ma sta volta la scelta fuori dagli schemi premia il ristorante. Tocco di classe la presenza delle noci che bilanciano il gusto amaro del radicchio dando una consistenza più granulosa alla pizza. Nota dolente aimé é il formaggio sul braccio di Alessia a causa di una sbinnata del cameriere. Voto: 8 Chef Gianz Review 03/10 Starter: -olive all'ascolana - potato croquette - beans with onion -capocollo -Pizza -Ham Comment: Appetizer overall well composed and well balanced in flavors that recall the traditions of our land. All very good, the only drawback is the Ascolana olive which ruins the Ternana supremacy of the dish. Rating: 7.5 First pizza: -daisy Comment: Overall good pizza but not filling. Note very very very very sad is the non-replacement of the plate, totally unacceptable. Rating: 4 Second pizza: - sausage and mushrooms Comment: Overall good pizza. not fresh mushrooms, champignons would have been more pleasant. Worthy of note is the lack of service to the undersigned who has not changed the plate of the appetizer. Absolutely disappointing service to date. Rating: 3 Second pizza: - Margherita with frankfurters Comment: Very good pizza, abundant frankfurters, good and recommended. Rating: 7.5 Fourth pizza: - 4 cheeses, radicchio and walnuts Comment: Unexpected and unusual pizza, but this time the choice outside the box rewards the restaurant. Location voto 4 per lo spazio e i campetti. We had dinner with an appetizer menu of salami with various delicacies, good, and a pizza that certainly needs to be improved according to the canons of a Campania, but all in all eatable. Location vote 4 for the space and the pitches.
