La prima volta che ho richiesto un servizio stampa, uno dei prodotti richiesti non era riuscito perfetto e Il titolare ha insistito per rifarmelo a sue spese, quindi oltretutto massima attenzione, professionalità e soprattutto correttezza, qualità difficili da trovare, e devo dire, rimaste costanti nei successivi incontri. Servizio rapido e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio sicuramente, e nonostante per me non sia dietro casa, lo preferisco ad altri perché mi sento servita al meglio. Comodissimo oltretutto il parcheggio,essendo in un centro commerciale abbastanza piccolo,e vicino al'uscita.

L'otto dicembre abbiamo ordinato una coperta con stampa con l'assicurazione di averla entro 10 giorni al max. Da allora nessuna telefonata per avvisare di ritardi o problemi sino al nostro intervento il 23 e il 24. Sempre la stessa risposta: problemi coi corrieri sono in consegna. Morale: il regalo è saltato , la figura l'abbiamo fatta e il poco serio che gestisce, anche maleducatamente, il negozio ancora deve farci sapere. Ah, pagamento anticipato...
Non consiglierei neanche per una fototessera...

Sono arrivata al negozio alle 18.55 per fare delle fototessere urgenti per un documento di mio figlio (da fare domani mattina alle 9 in comune) e mi è stato detto che non potevano farle perché avevano già chiuso la cassa. Se l'esercizio chiude alle 19 mi aspetto che faccia servizio fino a quell'ora.
Buonasera, mi dispiace, ma sono arrivata ben prima delle ore 19 (infatti quando sono ritornata a casa erano le 18.57). E si, le foto erano urgenti e non ho avuto tempo di farle nei giorni scorsi e stasera il bambino è arrivato a casa alle 18.45.
Comunque la stampante andrebbe spenta dopo l'orario di chiusura, non prima, perché ripeto, fino all'orario di chiusura un cliente si aspetta di ricevere il servizio.
Mi spiace proprio per questo disservizio.

However, the printer should be turned off after closing time, not earlier, because I repeat, until closing time a customer expects to receive the service.
I'm sorry for this very disservice.
