G	Giuliano BENNATI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUFFA: Il referente (non sappiamo se proprietario o meno della struttura) ci ha contattato il giorno del nostro arrivo ((Ono17/7/2021) dandoci appuntamento alla abitazione prenotata. Ad un secondo contatto ha modificato il luogo di incontro (stessa via ma diverso civico). Al nostro arrivo un cortese signore ci ha accompagnato in un alloggio non attrezzato per soggiorni ma evidentemente di uso personale. Dopo poco ci ha fatto richiesta del pagamento del soggiorno (che era già stato effettuato tramite booking 3 giorni prima). Alla richiesta di chiarimenti il gentile signore ammetteva di aver prestato il proprio alloggio ad un fantomatico amico di suo figlio per fargli un favore Lalloggio non era lontanamente confrontabile con quanto prenotato, puzzava di fumo, gli asciugamani erano tutti diversi, consumato e sporchi. Il bagno....lasciamo perdere... La cucina dotata di spugnette e strofinacci usati... Tutto era sporco... Alle diverse telefonate al "referente", ho trovato continuamente il telefono irraggiungibile. Lasciato anche msg su WhatsApp Alle 20,dopo contatto con Booking, ho lasciato l'alloggio ed o dovuto trovare altra sistemazione (non facile visto il periodo e il fatto di essere in 4 con bambini). Alle 20.30 il cosiddetto "referente" mi ha chiamato ed ha scaricato le eventuali responsabilità su fantomatici proprietari e che lui era solo chi doveva consegnare...le chiavi... (ma a noi non è venuto lui a consegnarle...) NONOSTANTE TUTTO QUESTO LDOPO RICHIESTA A BOOKING, LA STRUTTURA NON HA VOLUTO RIMBORSARE L'IMPORTO E BOOKING CI HA RICONOSCIUTO 25€ SUI 97 PAGATI!!!!!! FRAUD: The contact person (we do not know if the property is owner or not) contacted us on the day of our arrival ((Ono17 / 7/2021) giving us an appointment at the booked house. At a second contact he changed the meeting place (same street but different number ). Upon our arrival a courteous gentleman accompanied us to an accommodation not equipped for stays but obviously for personal use. After a while he asked us to pay for the stay (which had already been made through booking 3 days before). clarification the kind gentleman admitted that he had lent his accommodation to an elusive friend of his son to do him a favor The accommodation was not remotely comparable to what was booked, it smelled of smoke, the towels were all different, worn and dirty. The bathroom ... . forget it ... The kitchen equipped with used sponges and dishcloths ... Everything was dirty ... On several phone calls to the "contact person", I continually found the phone unreachable. Also left msg on WhatsApp At 8 pm, after contacting Booking, I left the accommodation and had to find other accommodation (not easy given the period and the fact of being 4 with children). At 8.30 pm the so-called "contact person" called me and discharged any responsibilities on phantom owners and that he was only the one who had to deliver ... the keys ... (but he didn't come to us to deliver them ...) DESPITE ALL THIS AFTER REQUESTED TO BOOKING, THE STRUCTURE DID NOT REIMBURS THE AMOUNT AND BOOKING RECOGNIZED US 25 € OUT OF THE 97 PAID !!!!!!
