★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affittato il mini appartamento a livello leggermente interrato. Nuovissimo, pulitissimo e arredato in maniera colorata, proprio come sulle foto del sito web. Dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per iniziare subito la vacanza senza preoccuparsi troppo: nel frigo, bottiglie di acqua fresca (n.d r. l'acqua corrente è assolutamente potabile), yougurt, succo, latte bastanti per le colazioni di una settimana. Sul tavolo pronte merendine, fette biscottate, the, marmellate e nutella; in bagno docciaschiuma, sapone per le mani, phon; sul letto, parure di asciugamani fresche di bucato. L'angolo cottura è dotato di posate, stoviglie e pentolame, così come di piatti e bicchieri di plastica, tovagliette e strofinacci. Persino il microonde! Persino il ferro e l'asse da stiro!
Grande televisore di fronte al letto e un climatizzatore nuovo e potente che rinfresca egregiamente l'appartamento (che peraltro si mantiene freschissimo da solo in quanto seminterrato e con la porta di ingresso con ottimo infisso e doppi vetri).
All'esterno, nell'area comune, un pratico lavabo di servizio, la lavatrice a disposizione, stendino con relative mollette da bucato e un delizioso tavolinetto con due sedie per il relax ed il posacenere.
Il proprietario, signor Antonio, è sempre telefonicamente e di persona disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza pratica.
La posizione lungo la statale, ma in una via privata che offre ampia possibilità di parcheggio, non interferisce con la tranquillità della zona; il paese si raggiunge con una camminata di circa 10-15 minuti.
I rented the mini apartment on a slightly underground level. Brand new, very clean and colorfully decorated, just like on the website's photos. Equipped with everything you need to start your holiday right away without worrying too much: in the fridge, bottles of fresh water (n. R. Running water is absolutely drinkable), yougurt, juice, milk sufficient for a week's breakfasts. On the table ready snacks, biscuits, tea, jams and nutella; in the bath shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer; on the bed, set of freshly laundered towels. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery, crockery and cookware, as well as plastic plates and cups, place mats and dish towels. Even the microwave! Even the iron and the ironing board!
Large TV in front of the bed and a new and powerful air conditioner that refreshes the apartment very well (which also keeps itself very fresh as a basement and with an entrance door with excellent fixtures and double glazing).
Outside, in the common area, a practical service sink, the washing machine available, drying rack with its clothes pegs and a lovely small table with two chairs for relaxing and an ashtray.
The owner, Mr. Antonio, is always by telephone and personally available for any practical need.
The position along the highway, but in a private road that offers ample parking facilities, does not interfere with the tranquility of the area; the village can be reached with a walk of about 10-15 minutes.

La poca distanza dal mare su scogliera è uno dei suoi punti forti per chi non ama spostarsi per cercare altre spiagge.

Die Vermieter außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wünsche werden sofort erledigt. Der Sohn des Hauses hat uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt die wir gerne angenommen haben. Absolutely clean and well-kept, as well as well furnished apartment with a wonderful sea view. In the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy a carefree holiday. The landlord was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Requests are dealt with immediately. The son of the house always provided us with helpful tips that we gladly accepted. We can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. Thanks very much !!!
