Poi... Su Instagram vedo la pubblicità di questo gioiello, contatto la ditta e chiedo spiegazioni su quello che fa.... Ha tutto quello che ha una grossa, piano vibrante pedale per fermare il flusso timer per fare scendere la quantità voluta carrello per ricoprire le praline dosatore per i gusci..... Consigliatissima per chi non lavora quintali al giorno??? Questa piccola Temperatrice dal prezzo amico ha tutte le caratteristiche delle Temperatrice più grandi: interamente in acciaio, niente plastica, display chiaro e facile da utilizzare, inversione del flusso del cioccolato, tubo per svuotare velocemente la vasca, pedale e dosatore, tutte le parti smontabili facilmente per una pulizia accurata…. È super!!! I ragazzi sono disponibili oltre ogni aspettativa, super anche loro!!! Sicuramente quando avrò bisogno di altre attrezzature mi rivolgerò a loro. Pensavo che non fosse nelle mie aspettative ma quando mi è arrivata mi sono ricreduta! ottimo prodotto e design a dir poco eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale va al signor argento Andrea per il supporto tecnico dell'installazione del macchinario doce sono stata seguita ogni volta quando non capivo qualcosa.
