Assemblee (non sempre effettuate) convocate oltre scadenza, in modo da avere il rinnovo automatico dell'amministratore, senza votazioni.
Bad: he gets "hired" with great promises of improvement, then what arrives is only the bill to pay.
Meetings (not always held) called after the deadline, in order to have the automatic renewal of the administrator, without voting.
