Non ho comprato ma le informazioni sono state esaustive nonostante lo stress dei giorni del bonus. Very nice bikes, large assortment, new and well laid out shop. I didn't buy but the information was exhaustive despite the stress of the bonus days.
K	Kaos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente incompetenti! Gli ho portato la mia bici perché faceva un rumore metallico e loro, dopo due giorni, me la ritornano con lo stesso difetto. Non hanno nè smontato la ruota, nè controllato il pignone, nè controllato le sfere. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto di provarla ancora per qualche settimana che FORSE il rumore sarebbe sparito. Se avessi seguito il loro consiglio avrei continuato a danneggiare la bici perché poi ho scoperto che le sfere erano rovinate e il pignone era da cambiare. Fortuna ha voluto che poi sono stato seguito da un altro negozio di professionisti. Qui non ci metto più piede, mi hanno preso 20 € per non aver fatto nulla. Totally incompetent! I brought my bike to them because it made a metallic noise and they return it to me after two days with the same defect. They have neither disassembled the wheel, nor checked the pinion, nor checked the balls. When I asked for an explanation they told me to try it for a few more weeks that MAYBE the noise would disappear. If I had followed their advice I would have continued to damage the bike because I later discovered that the balls were damaged and the sprocket needed to be changed. Luck would have it that I was then followed by another professional shop. I don't step in here anymore, they took me 20 € for not doing anything.
