I prodotti sono davvero di qualità, le realizzazioni durano intatte per mesi. Ero messa d’accordo di prendere il palloncino alle 9 puntuale, la proprietaria è arrivata quase 9:30 per aprire il negozio! Quase mezz’ora di attesa davanti al negozio, con i bambini in macchina! Ho solo aspettato perché avevo già pagato! Consiglio prossima volta non assicurare i cliente una cosa che non è fattibile, i clienti non hanno colpa se avete fatto una festa la sera prima, o quanto altro.... Nemmeno il tempo di spiegare (e va da se nemmeno il saluto entrata in negozio) che la proprietaria, molto piccata e scocciata mi dice: non ho tempo, ho mille consegne, andando avanti e indietro per il negozio senza fermarsi a guardarmi in faccia apostrofandomi con un: "se proprio torni tra un ora", le spiego che venendo da un altro paese non proprio vicinissimo per me non sarebbe stato possibile, e mi liquida con un glaciale: "non è un problema mio se vuole le ripeto di tornare fra un'ora." Grazie gentilissima, non sono tornata dopo un'ora e credo che non tornero' mai più. Peccato, è un negozio molto fornito con tante belle cose e idee originali, ma se cercate la gentilezza, non c'è. P	Pinuccia Benigno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speravo di trovare qualcosa in più relativamente al tema scelto da mio figlio per il suo compleanno, ma non era fornitissimo e i prezzi sono esagerati..gli stessi articoli li avevo trovati su amazon 30 euro meno..purtroppo la consegna era prevista dopo troppo tempo e ho dovuto fare di necessità virtù.. 07/03/2021 Ho letto la vostra risposta e la trovo allucinante. Mi avete dato un orario per venire e mi avete fatto trovare il negozio chiuso. Ho chiesto, telefonicamente, se c'erano certi articoli, mi avete detto di sì e poi invece non li avevate..ho semplicemente notato che i vostri prezzi sono esagerati, anche rispetto al supermercato, non semplicemente ad Amazon e che non avevate tantissima roba. Comunque ho riportato la mia esperienza e visto le stelle che vi attribuiscono e i giudizi altrui, non credo di essere l'unica ad avere questo pensiero. Grazie tante per la risposta, sicuramente si,mi servirò di Amazon in futuro o del supermercato. S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornitissimo di idee brillanti e meravigliose.. ho richiesto un piccolo allestimento per la prima comunione di mia figlia e devo ringraziare Azzurra Eventi perché è stato molto più bello di come potevamo immaginarlo!!!! La proprietaria, così come anche sua figlia, sono state super disponibili e gentilissime nel seguirci nella scelta, mostrandoci i palloncini nelle varie tonalità ecc.. la consegna è stata puntuale, arrivati al ristorante era tutto PERFETTO!!!! UNO SPETTACOLO!!! Consigliato vivamente!!! Shop full of brilliant and wonderful ideas .. I requested a small set-up for my daughter's first communion and I have to thank Azzurra Eventi because it was much more beautiful than we could have imagined !!!! The owner, as well as her daughter, were super helpful and very kind in following us in the choice, showing us the balloons in various shades, etc. .. the delivery was on time, arrived at the restaurant everything was PERFECT !!!!
