Ho notato tanta passione ed alla cura dei dettagli e alla manutenzione anche di biciclette comuni magari con anni di servizio. I consigli sono sempre precisi e la cura ai bisogni del cliente sono una evidenza. Non è un semplice retailer, divessi sintetizzare il negozio in una parola direi "professionalità"
 A shop mainly dedicated to the sport bicycle (whether it be road, mountain bike, grabel, tourist or electric). I noticed a lot of passion and attention to detail and maintenance of common bicycles, perhaps with years of service. The advice is always precise and the care for the customer's needs is a highlight. It is not a simple retailer, I synthesized the shop in a word I would say "professionalism"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato da subito.it questo rivenditore siccome ero alla ricerca di un garmin. Ci siamo contattati solo via email, con risposte pressoché immediate e soddisfacenti (comprensive di foto del prodotto).
Da quando ho eseguito il pagamento il giorno dopo è stato subito spedito il prodotto e tempo 2 giorni lavorativi è arrivato.
Confezione ben sigillata e imballata con sicurezza (pluriball).
Al suo interno la ricevuta di pagamento.
Consiglio l'acquisto tramite loro, sicuri e veloci. Complimenti!
I found this retailer right away as I was looking for a garmin. We only contacted us via email, with almost immediate and satisfactory answers (including product photos).
Since I made the payment the next day the product was immediately shipped and 2 working days arrived.
Packaging well sealed and securely packaged (pluriball).

Spero di riuscire prima o poi a far visita al negozio fisicamente e comprare qualche altra bici o accessorio. Per ora grazie mille e Ramirez e al suo staff.

Si tratta di un luogo dove ogni consiglio è frutto di anni di esperienza. Personalizzazioni, riparazioni delicate o complesse che siano vengono curate fin nei minimi dettagli.
Anche in fase di acquisto mi sono sentito sempre assistito ed ottimamente consigliato.
Riassumendo: se volete il massimo dovete andarci. Tra l'altro il rapporto prezzo/qualità è veramente ottimo.

I have lost count of the times I have showed up when he opened in the morning to be offered a cafe and walk to the bar and catch up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop, the owner helped us out on a tour. We had a bad wheel bearing and axle. He actually machined a new axle for the bike overnight and replaced the bearing in less that 24 hours. Great shop and amazing service!
