★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per sostituirle un raggio mi ha sbagliato misura e dopo averglielo fatto notare (non è riuscito a montarlo) non mi ha reso neanche i soldi... Chiaramente non è per il denaro, ma per assoluta mancanza di competenza e professionalità che lo sconsiglio vivamente.

They were really professional, serious, took measurements in order to provide a well fit bicycle according to my specifications (even without asking for it and it was really great from their part). I still waiting for the product as it`s imported, but I can talk a lot about the customer service and my experience within the store, the professionals involved and I must tell that it was great! As a bike shop, you will have more than enough items to buy, they are offering several types of bicycles, and products related (don`t get yourself wrong, the store is huge), and definitely will give you tips of products that have the same or similar efficiency with a proper price!
