P	Poblenc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things to say: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's almost a scam. Worse bicycle city service I have ever tried. When we arrived to the train station we looked at it and looked nice. We downloaded the app, easy going, and bought a one day ticket. Then we took a look at the bikes to decide which one take and from the 5 at station, 3 where inop (2 with tyres deflated and 1 without chain). That looked kind of weird already. Anyway, we decided to take the other 2. What can go wrong? After 30 min of riding them, we decided to leave them at another station and walk a little bit. Our surprise: no confirmation of leaving them and still counting on our app as open trip. The costumer "free" phone number stated at the station was not operative. We called to the town hall to ask for help and they said it's a private company and that they cannot help us. We sent emails via the webpage of the company, and we always got error messages. We have tried to contact them by social media, but so far no response. We don't know if we will get a charge on our credit card because of a missing bike yet. So take my advice: DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. Bicycles in bad conditions and no consumer service help. It feels like a scam. I give a 1 star because I cannot put 0 stars.
