★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio a tutti per qualunque motivo di rivolgervi alla biglietteria (sia per contestare multe che per acquistare abbonamenti o biglietti). Il personale è davvero scortese e scontento della propria vita, a partire dalla squilibrata dai capelli corti che si permette di alzare la voce non appena si accorge di essere in torto marcio durante una discussione, per non parlare della signora dai capelli rossi, una grandissima incompetente che non sa neanche lei perchè lavora li.
I do not recommend to everyone for any reason to contact the ticket office (both to contest fines and to buy season tickets or tickets). The staff is really rude and unhappy with their lives, starting from the unbalanced with short hair that allows them to raise their voice as soon as they realize that they are wrong to be rotten during an argument, not to mention the red-haired lady, a great incompetent who doesn't even know why she works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal of this company (ATAF) are scamming recently arrived turist that are not familiarised by the buses ticketing system. Giving fines of 50€ per person. plus the fine is writen in Italian so you dont understand what it says (il Verbalizante AD n 05321, CR n 4197) Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few ticket dispenser are working, so we've tried several station but we cannot buy ticket. 50 euros fine. Controllers say we can buy ticket everywhere and when we asked to show us where, they have nothing to say.... We had to pay cash, and they dare tell us that was the Small price. Better walk !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of a tourist trap. Not user-friendly service and organisation. Ticket boxes often don't work and if you want to quickly look if you can buy tickets in the bus, they close the doors and drive, next stop they want a 40€ dispense plus normal ticket price. They say, that you can buy tickets everywhere. Further, that it stands everywhere to have a ticket when entering the bus and sit down.
Really bad company, which earns its money from the tourists in a bad way.
