A pochi metri più avanti un bar biglietteria senza farmi parlare ed il tempo di un caffè mi ha risolto il problema. A volte basta poco... Mi reco presso la nuova fermata della SAIS e trovo uno "pseudo responsabile" tale CASTELLANO, a cui faccio vedere i biglietti per sapere se io ed i miei familiari siamo nel posto giusto. Lo stesso ci informa di aver acquistato tre biglietti PIRATA facendoci entrare nel totale panico. Quindi, di fretta e furia, ci rechiamo 20 metri più avanti presso la rivendita di biglietti per catania dove ho acquistato i biglietti SAIS chiedendo conto e ragione della "truffa". Il proprietario del bar mi tranquillizza dicendomi di consegnare i biglietti all'autista stesso al momento della partenza e se avessimo avuto problemi potevamo ritornare tranquillamente nel bar a reclamare. Alle ore 17:45 arriva il pullman, consegno i biglietti all'autista e viaggiamo senza nessun problema nonostante i biglietti "PIRATA". Poi ci lamentiamo che a Gela manca il turismo. Sia più serio sig. Oltretutto il fatto che lei mi spiega al telefono che la SAIS è un'azienda che è divisa in casa, non credo che a un possibile cliente gliene possa fregare qualcosa... l'unica cosa che ho notato che in questo modo che la SAIS perde di credibilità e non è di certo uno sconto, come dice lei, che può convincere l'utente ma un servizio di assistenza adeguato. Comunque sia ho risolto il mio problema. Grazie.
