★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai mi ritengo un cliente abituale su questa location, locale davvero completo in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi palato: dalla pizza ai primi, per poi passare ad hamburger o carne, dolce, caffè e grappa!!!! I primi sono eccezionali, hanno cosi tanti tipi di pietanze che non sai cosa scegliere...... gli operatori sono sempre con il sorriso tra le labbra, cordiali e gentili. Il titolate si dimostra sempre all’altezza della situazione cercando sempre di venire incontro all’esigenze del cliente.
Big di nome e di fatto, per questo merita tutto il mio apprezzamento per una location che non ha nulla da invidiare ad altre situate al centro di Roma..... consigliatissimo!!!
 Now I consider myself a regular customer of this location, really local comprehensive to satisfy all tastes: from pizza to the first, then move on to burgers or meat, dessert, coffee and grappa !!!! The former are exceptional, they have so many types of dishes that you do not know what to choose ...... operators are always with a smile between his lips, friendly and polite. The title holders to the occasion is always striving constantly to meet the needs of the customer.
Big in name and in fact, it deserves my appreciation for a location that has nothing to envy to other located in the center of Rome ..... highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From California USA third time in Capena. First time in Big Ali. I will be back again for Capena and Big Ali. Great food. Great customer service . Great attention to the smallest detail. I had my wife and five children ages 6-23 years. Seven of us to serve and they did it well. The owner is a delight and his touch to service makes the difference .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took about an hour to get our dishes. We asked for take away,but they made a mistake and throw out our dish.Then they made it again but it was a wrong dish.
Also ,the waiter pushed-recomended first dishes for the whole table, that was just a rip-off and not tasty. Pizzas was just a dry focaccia.. So not worth it. Choose yourself only.
Other tables weren't pleased with our waiter as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name says Big and portions and friendliness are also big. Staff very helpful with the extensive Italian menu. Could not manage it all so given remaining in take out cartons. Lovely food, just so much! Photos do not depict portion size well but the risotto was delicious and pasta very tasty.
