Credevo fossero professionisti più seri , invece ho dovuto ricredermi.
Al momento della vendita promettono assistenza anche a 30 anni, poi così non è.
Sono andata per un problema ad un lampadario acquistato 10-12 anni or sono e pagato la sua bella cifra, invece di tentare tutte le soluzioni possibili, dopo due minuti già prospettavano di ricomperare , ho commentato che non era possibile che l'azienda produttrice non avesse una soluzione, ma hanno continuato a ipotizzare solo l'acquisto.
Inoltre i due titolari si parlavano sopra l'un l'altro.
Pessima gestione post vendita del cliente.
Trattandosi di lampadario, 10-12 anni è un tempo congruo per avere una soluzione dall'azienda prodruttrice, non si tratta di un bene di veloce consumo, o di vita breve.
Continuano ad avere bellissimi lampadari, ma di certo non fanno l'assistenza a lungo termine che promettono e non sono capaci di gestire le criticità del prodotto.

Being a chandelier, 10-12 years is a reasonable time to have a solution from the manufacturer, it is not a fast consumption item, or a short life.
They continue to have beautiful chandeliers, but they certainly do not do the long-term assistance they promise and are unable to manage the critical issues of the product.
