C	Chiara Masiero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lato officina, che comunque è la cosa più importante, niente da dire. Ma le relazioni col cliente lasciano davvero a desiderare. Mi hanno dato la vettura di cortesia, a sorpresa era in riserva (si erano dimenticati di dirmi che loro usano così). Li avviso che ho fatto dieci euro al distributore, e mi rispondono "e allora cosa dobbiamo farci?" niente, mi sarei accontentata di un grazie. Ho preso appuntamento per la settimana dopo (per avere l'auto di cortesia) e si sono dimenticati di avvisarmi che non era disponibile (per fortuna ho chiamato la sera prima). Mi chiedono di pulire la mia auto per il covid, giustissimo. E poi mi fanno entrare in officina dove nessuno indossava le mascherine. Ho espresso le mie rimostranze per la risposta ricevuta sui 10 euro di benzina, e la risposta se possibile è peggiorata. Ragazzi, non è per i 10 euro, ma per il modo! Almeno avvisate!! Nel complesso mi sono sentita presa in giro, essendo la prima esperienza da loro mi sarei aspettata un atteggiamento diverso. On the workshop side, which is the most important thing anyway, nothing to say. But customer relationships really leave something to be desired. They gave me the courtesy car, surprisingly it was in reserve (they forgot to tell me that they use it like this). I warn them that I made ten euros to the distributor, and they reply "so what should we do?" nothing, I would have been satisfied with a thank you. I made an appointment for the week after (to get the courtesy car) and they forgot to warn me it wasn't available (luckily I called the night before). They ask me to clean my car for the covid, right. And then they let me into the workshop where no one wore masks. I expressed my grievances for the answer received about the 10 euros of petrol, and the answer has worsened if possible. Guys, it's not for the 10 euros, but for the way! At least warn !! Overall I felt cheated, being the first experience from them I would have expected a different attitude.
