Comunque, veloci come tutti gli altri, gentili quanto serve per non far terra bruciata in un attività fronte pubblico, ma 250 euro un primo tagliando sono esagerati, ci sono almeno 50euro di eccesso. If you are looking for quality of services and high professionalism This is the garage with the bodywork par excellence. The staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Prices are normal but the quality is highly above average.
F	Francesco Topo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver portato l'auto per un problema di una spia accesa (quella delle candelette lampeggiante), lascio l'auto e il giorno dopo (nonostante fossimo rimasti d'accordo che mi avrebbero chiamato prima di pranzo), chiamo per sapere se fosse stata fatta una diagnosi. Solamente con la diagnosi (e senza aver controllato oggettivamente la parte interessata), mi dicono che il problema è 1 iniettore e che sarebbero serviti 1200€ (ovviamente preventivo fatto a scatola chiusa). Alla mia richiesta di controllare nello specifico mi dicono che per fare una diagnosi più accurata sarebbe servito del tempo (e immagino ulteriori soldi, visto e considerato quello che ho pagato alla fine). Scoraggiato dalla cifra spropositata che mi era stato chiesta, decido di non fare nulla e all'indomani di ritirare l'auto. Al ritiro dell'auto mi vengono chiesti 55€ di cui circa 18€ per la diagnosi e il restante per la manodopera (assente). Sicuramente questa è stata la prima e ultima volta che mi affido a loro! When I collect the car, I am asked for € 55, of which about € 18 for the diagnosis and the remainder for the workforce (absent). Surely this was the first and last time that I rely on them!

Dicono che devono ordinare il pezzo e che mi chiameranno. 4 MESI DOPO li richiamo io per chiedere spiegazioni, si inventano che non trovavano più il numero di telefono (peccato che non mi viene richiesto nessun dato per la correzione; si vede che ci tengono proprio ai clienti). Ok, ci credo?, porto la macchina ma il pezzo non viene sostituito come avevano detto, e il problema rimane visibile. Mi hanno preso in giro con un rattoppo alla buona. Non ho contestato subito perché era buio e non riuscivo a vedere. Comportamento davvero poco professionale, per dirla con le buone. Almeno non mi hanno spillato soldi. Non li consiglio. Non tornerò. Ok, I believe it?, I bring the car but the part is not replaced as they said, and the problem remains visible. They made fun of me with a bad patch. I didn't dispute right away as it was dark and I couldn't see. Really unprofessional behavior, to put it mildly. At least they didn't get my money. I don't recommend them. I will not return.
