Prezzi corretti in base alle tasche di ciascuno, vasta scelta di MTB per tutte le esigenze, ho preso una Kross Level B3 per mia morosa e una 2.0 per me. Mi trovo benissimo e siamo su tutt'altro livello rispetto a ciò che vendono pseudo rivenditori di catene di negozi. I found the bike shop with real PASSIONATE and PROFESSIONALS !! Friendliness, courtesy and professionalism are never lacking. Correct prices based on the pockets of each, wide choice of MTB for all needs, I took a Kross Level B3 for my girlfriend and a 2.0 for me. I feel great and we are on a completely different level from what pseudo retailers of chain stores sell.

Der Fahrrad ist genau wie erwartet, der Sattel sehr bequem, Lenker lässt sich gut in Höhe und Entfernung individuell einstellen. Man sitzt schön gerade wie auf einem Hollandrad. Bremsen funktionieren gut. Das Fahrrad fährt sehr leicht, leise, angenehm. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, werde gerne weiter empfehlen. Ich kenne die Besitzer der Fabrik in den Marken und habe schon mehrere Fahrräder von ihnen gekauft. Das alteste ist fast 30 Jahre alt und fährt immer noch gut. Diesmal konnte ich das Fahrrad nicht dort vor Ort kaufen, jedoch hat die online Bestellung sehr gut funktioniert. The bike came to Munich within a week of ordering, so very quickly. It was well preassembled; very little had to be done. The bike is exactly as expected, the saddle is very comfortable, the handlebars can be individually adjusted in height and distance. You sit nicely upright like on a Dutch bike. Brakes work well. The bike rides very easily, quietly, comfortably. I am very satisfied and will be happy to recommend it to others. I know the owners of the factory in Le Marche and have bought several bikes from them. The oldest is almost 30 years old and still drives well. This time I couldn't buy the bike there, but the online order worked very well.

Dopo una ricerca maniacale svolta in rete, ho deciso di acquistare una Via Veneto Cruiser Uomo color panna. Arrivata dopo 2 giorni lavorativi (ricevuta stamattina 28/02/2022 alle 9.30), giusto il tempo di regolare sella e manubrio, e sono uscito a pedalare. Credo che chi desidera una Via Veneto, indipendentemente dal modello, sia una persona che sa sognare. Da S.Giusta (OR), Sardegna, ringrazio e saluto Canellini e tutto lo staff. Five stars for everything, starting from how Canellini carries out the service in all the details, to then get to the product I purchased. After a maniacal research carried out online, I decided to buy a cream-colored Via Veneto Cruiser Uomo. Arrived after 2 working days (received this morning 28/02/2022 at 9.30), just enough time to adjust the saddle and handlebars, and I went out to pedal. I ordered a 'Retrò Man Aluminium Black - Size : 54' in January 2020 They gave me the wrong order number and wrong tracking number, and no information about the courier or the status of the package. After 1 month of waiting, I was refunded and told that the bike was returned. I had left a comment in the delivery to call my number when the delivery is there. Apparently this was also not passed to the courier. I ordered again on 25 Feb 2022. This time I follow up with them. Apparently their courier gives the package to another courier 'DPD' in Austria, to deliver to Prague where I live. I of course had to ask Canellini again by email, because they never bothered to tell me this detail. Now on asking, they sent me a document in Czech for DPD and a phone number to contact them. I call DPD, it goes to a voicemail asking for the delivery number. How the hell am I supposed to know what that is ! The original tracking number doesn't work. Apparently, they tried to deliver, but since my comment to call my phone was AGAIN not passed on, I was never notified. Now, I have to ask them again for the correct package number for DPD, so I may travel to God Knows Where, to pick up my bicycle. Thanks a lot. Never again !
