Bravi, puntuali, meticolosi. E anche ingegnosi. Pur avendo io una bici da ormai più di 10 anni, Daniele si è sempre prodigato per accontentare ogni richiesta e necessità. Voto 10. Complimenti. I've been their client for two years now, even though I'm not really from the neighborhood. Daniele and Barbara are two Professionals, with a capital P. Good, punctual, meticulous. And ingenious too. Even though I have had a bike for more than 10 years, Daniele has always done his utmost to satisfy every request and need. Rated 10. Congratulations.

Dopo un'uscita in bici mi reco al negozio a causa di una foratura, purtroppo era l'unico negozio nei paraggi, chiedo se effettuano riparazioni e la signora mi risponde che generalmente le fanno ma quel giorno non era possibile perchè avevano ricevuto merce ed era ancora da sistemare (manco se me la dovessero fare gratis). scortesi come pochi, fortunatamente quando acquistai la bici da solo non era disponibile e la prendi in un altro negozio seppur lontano da casa. certainly assorted shop, but I will never set foot there again. Pagata la bici ed andati via, arrivati a casa il primo problema. Gli portiamo la bici....personalmente non posso dire di aver trovato tutta questa cortesia e gentilezza...magari a pelle non abbiamo fatto simpatia e non voglio aggiungere altro, però una cosa ci tengo a dirla....non sopporto non essere creduto e preso per bugiardo. Naturalmente non metterò mai più piede li e non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Questa è semplicemente la mia esperienza. Non significa che non siano dei veri professionisti nel settore. Friendly; not at all snobby; knowledgable; great selection; great prices; great at repairs; attentive, but not too much. GO HERE. You will not regret it!
