★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora non rispetta gli appuntamenti presi, una volta risposto mi dice che tarda 5 minuti, invece al ragazzo che lavora lì 20 minuti. Vuol dire che non ha bisogno di nuovi clienti. Ah lavoro pure io al pubblico ed il cliente va rispettato!
The lady does not respect the appointments made, once I answered she tells me that she takes 5 minutes, instead of the guy who works there 20 minutes. It means that it doesn't need new customers. Ah, I also work for the public and the customer must be respected!
