★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un' esperienza traumatica! Mi hanno letteralmente cacciato via perché ho poco meno di 16 anni. I bibliotecari molto scortesi, arroganti e frettolosi. Stanze inaccessibili per mancanza di personale. Il personale è lento e inadeguato.Peccato per una così bella e importante struttura!
A traumatic experience! They literally kicked me out because I'm just under 16. Very rude, arrogant and hasty librarians. Rooms inaccessible due to lack of staff. The staff is slow and inadequate. Too bad for such a beautiful and important structure!
