★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perla rara delle biblioteche italiane, ho studiato nei posti più sperduti, ma una biblioteca senza il proprio wifi ancora non l'avevo trovata! Ottima per tutto ciò che NON riguarda lo studio, il lavoro e la ricerca, d'altronde non servono mica a questo la biblioteche nel 21-esimo secolo! Emblematico il clima di sconforto e accettazione degli studenti, anche quando il wifi c'era funzionava poco e male. Il servizio offerto è quello del wifi cittadino, che però è molto lento e alcuni giorni non viene nemmeno visualizzato tra i wifi trovati dal dispositivo. Sembra più una scelta mirata che un esigenza, considerando che una copertura di wifi per uno spazio così piccolo non è certo un investimento impegnativo. Nella speranza che si capisca l'insostenibilità di una tale situazione sono costretto a dare 1 stella ad una biblioteca altrimenti ottima.
 Rare pearl of Italian libraries, I studied in the most remote places, but a library without my own wifi I still hadn't found it! Excellent for everything NOT concerning study, work and research, on the other hand, libraries in the 21st century are not needed for this! The atmosphere of discouragement and acceptance of the students was emblematic, even when the wifi was there it worked little and badly. The service offered is that of city wifi, which however is very slow and some days is not even displayed among the wifi found by the device. It seems more a targeted choice than a requirement, considering that a wifi coverage for such a small space is certainly not a demanding investment. In the hope that we understand the unsustainability of such a situation I am forced to give 1 star to an otherwise excellent library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto che rende Mantova più vicina all'Europa, vuoi perché in estate ci fanno il cinema, vuoi perché è luogo di mostre, piccoli festival e tanti libri. A volte ci vado anche solo per curiosare, senza un'idea precisa di cosa cercare.
A place that makes Mantua closer to Europe, either because they make films in the summer, or because it is a place for exhibitions, small festivals and lots of books. Sometimes I go there just to browse, without a precise idea of what to look for.
