Beautiful and spacious, it has a reading area for children and one for adults, plus a room with various computers and a printer. They are all kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli orari sono davvero pessimi soprattutto per gli studenti dato che tengono chiuso di sabato e domenica e durante la settimana si può andare o di mattina(quasi impossibile per qualsiasi studente) oppure di pomeriggio quindi le possibilità di accesso per la maggior parte della clientela è solo di 3 giorni su 7
The times are really bad especially for students since they keep closed on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week you can go either in the morning (almost impossible for any student) or in the afternoon so the access possibilities for most customers is only 3 days out of 7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente mi sembra migliorata la biblioteca in sé. Maggiore esposizione dei libri e più cura dell'ambiente. Per il resto dell'edificio purtroppo c'è ancora tanto da fare. Soprattutto xk ha molto potenziale.
Lately the library itself seems to have improved. Greater exposure of books and more care for the environment. Unfortunately for the rest of the building there is still a lot to do. Especially xk has a lot of potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Biblioteca di Santa Lucia, fà parte del circuito culturale delle biblioteche della città di Verona. Svolge un buon servizio, con la possibilità di prenotare i libri direttamente online, rinnovare il prestito, e studiare. Svariate le iniziative. L'orario come segnalato da altri utenti è ridotto ma questo in linea con le risorse. I dipendenti a volte sono un pò freddi. Di certo non si riscontra passione ed empatia nel servizio. Disponibili libri e riviste per ogni pubblico e questo è ciò che conta. Al momento si accede da un ingresso laterale per via che è agibile solo una parte della struttura in linea con l'emergenza Covid.
The Library of Santa Lucia is part of the cultural circuit of the libraries of the city of Verona. It performs a good service, with the ability to book books directly online, renew the loan, and study. Various initiatives. The time as reported by other users is reduced but this in line with resources. Employees are a little cold sometimes. Certainly there is no passion and empathy in the service. Books and magazines are available for every audience and that's what matters. At the moment it is accessed from a side entrance due to the fact that only part of the structure is accessible in line with the Covid emergency.
