★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente e mal organizzato che quando chiami per avere informazioni su un libro prenotato da 1 mese che doveva essere in casa da 3 settimane, non ti sa rispondere e sembra ti prenda per i fondelli. Gestite meglio le prenotazioni dei libri e i solleciti.
Incompetent and poorly organized staff that when you call for information on a book booked for 1 month that had to be at home for 3 weeks, can't answer you and seems to be taking you for a ride. Manage book reservations and reminders better.
