N	Nico Manfrinati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso ritenermi così fortunato di non aver avuto bisogno fino all'età di 24 anni di usufruire della biblioteca comunale. Il personale è "abbastanza" disponibile; ho trovato persone più cortesi e disposte a "sbattersi" nelle biblioteche di altre città e nelle librerie private, ma passiamoci sopra.. Il sistema informatizzato per la ricerca dei libri di testo l'ho trovato abbastanza comodo. Nel complesso il suo servizio è sufficiente. I can feel so lucky that I didn't need to use the municipal library until I was 24 years old. The staff is "quite" helpful; I found people more courteous and willing to "bang" in the libraries of other cities and in private bookstores, but let's move on .. I found the computerized system for searching textbooks to be quite comfortable. All in all its service is sufficient.

Purtroppo in tempi di covid i tempi si sono allungati molto ed è necessario prenotare sempre. Well organized library. Pretendevo che mio figlio di 4 anni , girasse con la mascherina. MALEDUCATE!!! Inadequate and rude and unprofessional staff to do their job. Sin. I	Ioana Molly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza per quanto riguarda il personale addetto al servizio, scortese e sembra quasi che ti fanno l'elemosina quando chiedi una informazione. Sarà pure un servizio gratuito e statale ma la biblioteca è una storica istituzione con un valore culturale intrinseco e il personale sgarbato e dai modi insufficienti fa una pessima figura non alla biblioteca in sé, che io da lettrice amo, ma la fanno verso la loro stessa persona, pessimo biglietto da visita personale, persone frustrate secondo me. Il personale giovane, invece, è cordiale. Bad experience regarding the service staff, rude and almost seem like they give you alms when you ask for information. It will also be a free and state service but the library is a historical institution with an intrinsic cultural value and the rude and inadequate staff makes a bad impression not on the library itself, which I love as a reader, but they do it towards their own person, bad personal business card, frustrated people in my opinion. The young staff, on the other hand, are friendly.
