★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, the food was perfect, fresh meat and fishes of the day. So many delicious options in the menu, that we took some time to decide, while we had octopus as Antipasti.
Also the desserts were excellent. We were not sure which dessert to choose, so we had one from each and tried them all!
The waiter was very patient and friendly! I would definitely return there more times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I are in Rome for the weekend and this place was recommended as our first dinner experience!! This mom/pop shop is amazing!! Very family oriented and great setting!! The Danish beef for two with roasted rosemary potatoes, carbonara pasta was delicious!!! My bambina was well taken care of!!! The owner is absolutely attentive, welcoming and friendly!! Thank you Romeo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place as I was trying to find a non-touristy restaurant after visiting the Vatican. Located on a quiet street there were only two groups there when I arrived (Sunday at 13h, so it mustn't get too busy here), and they all seemed like locals having a nice calm meal. The owner (?) was very helpful and helped translate and describe the entire pasta section to me when he saw me pull out my phone to translate some of the dish names. I ordered the one with mussels (13Euro), as they were fresh that day. The dish itself was underwhelming, a bit too light but the pasta was nice and al dente and the mussels did indeed taste fresh. I'd give 4 for food and 5 for service and atmosphere, and 4.5 rounds up to 5 so I'll give her a 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m actually rating the restaurant with a 4.5(but there is no such option). The staff was very friendly and the boss who btw was also the main meat cook was super cool. He made us feel very welcomed and special and he talked about his food with great passion. And I’m pretty sure the dessert I had there (pear, chocolate and almond pie or sth) was one of the best I’ve ever had.
