Il venditore ha avuto un problema con il corriere ma si é scusato più volte e provveduto alla spedizione di un' altra lampada nel giro di poche ore. Lampada perfetta, grande professionalità e super comunicazione. Da consigliare assolutamente. I bought a Tolomeo mega floor lamp through eBay. Truly competitive price with a super discount. The seller had a problem with the courier but apologized several times and sent another lamp within a few hours. Perfect lamp, great professionalism and super communication. To be recommended.

Comunque mi, o meglio ci hanno servito bene. Le proposte vanno dai classici marchi di qualità ed estro a quelle un po meno ridondanti ma comunque, roba buona ??? almeno spero ! Comunque vogliono essere pagati prima, almeno in parte, acconto dicono, poi devi aspettare. .... ancora un po .... solo un pochino ancora .... e voila arriva la telefonata : signore il vostro ordine è appena arrivato in magazzino ecc ecc Quindi o hai pattuito un montaggio o vai a prenderlo Sono all'antica e vado a ritirarlo. Anche perché i montatori secondo me ne sanno di più dell'idraulico ??? e non possono certo restare a casa soli ? con la consorte ... Le foto non posso mostrarvele perché sto ancora aspettando ?? no, scherzo non le ho fatte e poi tempo 20 secondi dopo l'ultima vite erano praticamente gia pieni, non è possibile fare foto ai falli privati ??? Abbiamo fatto un incontro di due ore per definire assieme tutti gli aspetti del progetto da realizzare e condividere tutte le informazioni e planimetrie della casa da arredare. Loro hanno dichiarato: "tempo 2 settimane e vi mandiamo la prima proposta". Passa un mese senza farsi sentire. Dopo averli contattati promettono che avrebbero eseguito il lavoro in 20 giorni. Dalla loro ultima mail è passato un altro mese e mezzo. Non solo non hanno eseguito i preventivi ma neanche hanno risposto alle mie mai. Professionalità e ritegno per il cliente direi pari a ZERO. I went to them with the intention of furnishing the whole house! We had a two-hour meeting to define together all the aspects of the project to be carried out and to share all the information and floor plans of the house to be furnished. They declared: "time 2 weeks and we will send you the first proposal". A month goes by without being heard. After contacting them they promise they would get the job done in 20 days. Another month and a half has passed since their last email. Not only did they not carry out the estimates but they did not respond to my never either. Professionalism and restraint for the customer I would say equal to ZERO.
