★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'orario dovrebbe essere sino alle ore 09.00 ed alle 08.30 già è chiuso, non rispondono al telefono e non si riesce a sapere come poter riuscire a scarica on line il referto. Pessima organizzazione

Il ragazzo che ha fatto il prelievo è stato un 13.
Ultimamente fanno fatica a trovarmi le vene e devono forarmi più volte, invece lui è riuscito al primo colpo e non ho sentito nulla !!!
Anche con mia figlia è stato estremamente paziente rassicurandola e spiegandole per filo e per segno cosa stava per fare (anche lei è rimasta sorpresa in quanto non se ne è accorta).

Lately they have a hard time finding my veins and have to pierce me several times, but he succeeded on the first try and I didn't feel anything !!!
Even with my daughter he was extremely patient reassuring her and explaining to her in detail what he was about to do (she too was surprised as she didn't notice).
