S	Stefano Tomassoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa mi sono portato presso questo concessionario per effettuare un preventivo della 890 avventure, dopo averne vista una li ferma per i test ho chiesto di poter effettuare una prova in strada, mi hanno risposto che non era possibile in quanto la moto era gia stata prenotata. Allora ho deciso di prenotare anche io il test e quando mi sono riportato presso di loro all'ora concordata mi hanno risposto che la moto era fuori per una prova. Dopo aver aspettato ben più di mezz'ora ho deciso di rinunciare.Questa mi è sembrata assoluta mancanza di professionalità. Qualora decidessi di acquistare una ktm lo farei sicuramente presso un'altra concessionaria ufficiale. Last week I went to this dealer to make a quote for the 890 adventures, after seeing one stop them for testing I asked to be able to test it on the road, they replied that it was not possible as the bike had already been booked. So I decided to book the test too and when I returned to them at the agreed time they replied that the bike was out for a test. After waiting well over half an hour I decided to give up, which seemed to me to be an absolute lack of professionalism. If I decide to buy a ktm I would certainly do it at another official dealership.

Spesso offrono test drive. Almost obligatory dealership if you want to buy a KTM in Rome. Shop not huge, but full of wonders. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They often offer test drives.

Mi presento il giorno all'orario fissato e mi accoglie Stefano, responsabile commerciale, che prima di mettersi a parlare del mezzo mi 'costringe' a provarlo. Torno e decidiamo assieme la configurazione più adatta alle mie esigenze - la compro!!!!. Totale trasparenza e correttezza. Ritiro la moto nel giorno concordato ed il capo officina, Federico, si prodiga assieme a Stefano, a fornirmi le indicazioni, tante, per il corretto utilizzo della moto. I call the dealership and Alessandra answers me, who, although not directly dealing with sales, gives me some details on the 1290 super sport s 2021 and invites me to try the vehicle, by appointment. I show up on the day at the fixed time and Stefano, the sales manager, welcomes me. Before starting to talk about the vehicle, he 'forces' me to try it. I go back and together we decide the configuration that best suits my needs - I buy it !!!!. Total transparency and fairness. I collect the bike on the agreed day and the foreman, Federico, works together with Stefano to provide me with many indications for the correct use of the bike. Thanks a lot to everyone

Sotto quest'aspetto, non sono per niente soddisfatto del servizio offerto! Poor attention to the customer! Top dealer and workshop. However, what is missing is the attention to the customer! Sono andato da loro e stavo per concludere per un usato ma sfortunatamente ho avuto un problema con la mia permuta e loro si sono dimostrati rapidi, cordiali e disponibili a controllarmela ed addirittura a mandarla in assistenza...non abbiamo purtroppo concluso la trattativa per motivi sopraggiunti e mi hanno riconsegnato la moto in breve tempo. Soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto spero più in là di avere un'altra occasione. Grazie mille ad Andrea per tutto. Beautiful place with a wide display and choice of models as well as having an area reserved for used items. I went to them and I was about to conclude for a used one but unfortunately I had a problem with my trade-in and they were quick, friendly and willing to check it for me and even to send it to assistance ... unfortunately we have not concluded the negotiation for reasons arrived and they returned the bike to me in a short time. Satisfied with the service received, I hope to have another chance later on. Thanks a lot to Andrea for everything.
