Dopo aver visitato alcuni show rooms di aziende del settore, quello di BertO ci ha colpito per i prodotti dal design moderno e la comodità delle sedute che proponeva, in linea con lo stile della nostra abitazione e con l'aspettativa personale di confort. Nella scelta all'acquisto, caduta sul modello Dee Dee, ha contribuito la qualità delle pelli e la robustezza della struttura abbinata alla tecnologia di schienali e sedute. Aggiungo che la professionalità della consulente d'arredo Laura e la disponibilità nel venire a casa nostra per valutarne l'ambientazione ha concorso nella scelta del prodotto BertO. I due divani ci sono stati consegnati esattamente nei tempi previsti e assemblati con rapidità e competenza. Siamo soddisfatti della scelta perché ci appagano in quello che definiremmo un benessere fisico e visivo. Consigliamo il brand a quanti sono alla ricerca di prodotti eleganti e di qualità. La mia preoccupazione era di trovare la qualità e l’ho trovata in Berto. Unita alla professionalità, cortesia e dolcezza di Giulia dello show room di Brescia, che ha conquistato tutta la famiglia. E così abbiamo acquistato un Gulliver per la stanza di mio figlio ed un Marky per il nostro soggiorno. Tempi di consegna ottimi, come la cortesia e l’attenzione del personale addetto alla consegna. Un piccolo problema è stato risolto in tempi brevissimi con competenza ed empatia da parte di Laura del customer care. Un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff di Berto… e forse… non c è il due… senza il tre…?

Dopo un lungo navigare su internet, la scelta di comprare un divano letto BertO si è basata sulla ricerca di un prodotto che univa comodità funzionalità e qualità, caratteristiche che ho ritrovato con piacere. I tempi di consegna sono perfetti e lo staff/dipendenti sono disponibilissimi per qualunque domanda e necessità! Lo consiglierei mai ad un amico?Certamente!! Mi ha subito colpito l'accoglienza, l'attenzione ai miei bisogni oltre che la bellezza dei divani e dei tessuti in esposizione. Avevo avuto contatti anche con altri rivenditori di salotti, ma con BertO è stato un colpo di fulmine. Mi ha colpito soprattutto la capacità della consulente di capire le mie esigenze e di propormi subito la soluzione più adatta. La consegna è stata puntuale e rapida.
